1. Booking & Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed once the booking form is completed.
  • Deposits is required to secure the booking .
2. Payment Birthday Parties:
  • A non refundable deposit is required ,rest can be paid cash on the day of the event via bank transfer or cash.
Public/Corporate Events:
  • Full payment is required even in the event of a cancellation.
  • An invoice will be issued. Payment is due 7 days after the event or within 30 days, depending on agreed terms.
3. Arrival & Setup
  • The client must provide a safe, flat area for the bubble show/workshop.
  • Tables or mats may be required for equipment or props.
  • Performers require at least 20 minutes for setup prior to the start of the show/workshop.
4. Service Limitations
  • Shows/workshops are suitable for children aged 3 and above. Younger children may require adult supervision.
  • Performers reserve the right to modify activities for safety or if the environment is unsuitable.
  • Additional time or special requests may incur extra charges.
5. Health & Safety
  • All bubble solutions are non-toxic and child-safe.
  • Please ensure the performance area is free from hazards and safe for children to participate.
  • Performers are not responsible for slips, trips, or accidents caused by wet surfaces.
6. Behaviour
  • Children must follow instructions for their own safety.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the session.
7. Delays & Late Arrival
  • Late arrival of the client may result in a reduced show/workshop time.
  • If the performer is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be informed and the schedule adjusted where possible.
8. Photography & Marketing
  • With permission, photos or videos of the show/workshop may be used for marketing purposes.
9. Liability
  • Performers are insured for professional services.
  • We are not liable for damage to property, personal items, or accidents caused by unsafe environments.
10. Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer.
  • For corporate events, late payments may incur a charge of £50 per week until fully settled.
11. Agreement
  • By booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
