Terms and Conditions for Cake & Cupcake Orders1. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance.
• Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment or a deposit of 50%.
• Custom designs, flavors, and sizes must be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Payment & Cancellations

• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer.
• Full payment is required for same-day orders.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule .

3. Changes 

• Changes to the order (size, flavor, design) must be made at least 10 days before the event.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

• Please inform us of any allergies at the time of order.
• We cannot guarantee that products are 100% allergen-free due to potential cross-contamination in our kitchen.

5. Collection & Delivery

• Collection is available  unless delivery is requested.
• Delivery charges will apply if required, based on distance.
• Delivery times must be confirmed and are estimated; we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events.

6. Freshness & Storage

• Cakes and cupcakes are made fresh and should be consumed within  2 days.
• We are not responsible for spoilage after collection/delivery.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any damage or loss once the product has been collected or delivered.
• Custom decorations and edible toppers are delicate; we are not responsible for damage during transport.

8. Photography & Marketing

• By placing an order, you agree that we may use images of your cake or cupcakes for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

9. Privacy

• Your personal information will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without permission . 

10. Agreement
