​Kids Entertainment – FAQ


 What types of entertainment do you offer?
 We offer a variety of entertainers providing different services, including party games, dancing with music, piñata , magic shows, sports activities, bubble shows, and much more

 What ages are your services suitable for?
 Most services are suitable for children aged 3 and above, though some activities can be adapted for younger children with parental supervision.

How long does each activity last?
 Entertainment can run from 1 hour up to 3 hours, depending on the party/event schedule and the number of children attending.

 How many children can participate?
One entertainer can usually manage 10–20 children per session, depending on the activity. For larger groups, additional entertainers can be provided.

Do you provide all equipment and materials?
 Yes! All supplies, props, and equipment required for the activity are included.

Are your services safe for children?
Absolutely! All materials are non-toxic and child-safe, and entertainers follow strict safety and hygiene guidelines.

 Can activities be customized for themes?
Yes! Most activities can be tailored to match your party or event theme.

Do you cater to indoor and outdoor events?
Yes! Activities can be conducted indoors or outdoors, provided there is a safe and suitable space.

 Can entertainment be combined?
 Yes! Multiple services can be combined for a full-party experience (e.g., face painting + balloon twisting + bubble show).

How should we prepare for the event?
Ensure a clean, safe space for activities, and provide tables/chairs if required. For messy activities, protective coverings are recommended.

​Kids Entertainment – Terms & Conditions


1. Booking & Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed once the booking form and deposit is completed 
  • If you cancel, the  deposit is non-refundable, .
2. Payment Birthday or Private Parties:
  •  Full payment is usually made on the day of the event via bank transfer or cash; however, in some cases, advance payment may be required
Public/Corporate Events:
  • Full payment is required even in the event of a cancellation.
  • An invoice will be issued. Payment is due 7 days after the event or within 30 days, depending on agreed terms.
3. Arrival & Setup
  • The client must provide a safe, clean area suitable for the chosen activity.
  • Tables, chairs, and any additional setup should be provided if required.
  • Entertainers require at least 15-20 minutes for setup prior to the start of the activity.
4. Service Limitations
  • Activities are suitable for children aged 3 and above, unless otherwise specified.
  • Entertainers reserve the right to modify or refuse activities if safety concerns or inappropriate conditions are present.
  • Additional time or complex requests may incur extra charges.
5. Health & Safety
  • All materials and props are child-safe and non-toxic.
  • Clients must inform entertainers of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the event.
  • Entertainers are not responsible for accidents caused by pre-existing conditions or unsafe behavior.
6. Behaviour
  • Children must follow instructions for their own safety.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the activity.
7. Delays & Late Arrival
  • Late arrival of the client may reduce activity time.
  • If the entertainer is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be informed, and the schedule adjusted where possible.
8. Photography & Marketing
  • With permission, photos or videos of activities may be used for marketing purposes.
  • Clients may opt out by notifying us prior to the event.
9. Liability
  • All entertainers hold their own insurance for professional services.
  • We are not liable for damage to property, clothing, or personal items during the activity.
10. Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer .
  • For corporate events, late payments may incur a charge of £50 per week until fully settled.
11. Agreement
  • By booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
