If don't want a Balloon artist to attend your party or If you have already booked Nosila for your party to provide another service such as Face Painting or sound hire , I can bring along your chosen Balloon Bundle at the same time . I offer Balloon Pick 'n' Mix where you choose lots of different designs form my portfolio to pre-make.
