These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Alison Formosa, trading as “Nosila Facepainting & Events Services”.
All agreements are between Nosila Facepainting & Events Services and the hirer who is booking the equipment and or venues. The hirer must have fully read these terms which will apply to all hire arrangement.
All booking details specific to the clients and Nosila Facepainting & Events Services requirements will be set out in the booking form

The hirer is requited to ensure that they operate and use the equipment and decoration properly and safely, strictly in accordance with its proper use and purpose (only for its intended use) and in accordance with any instructions supplied  .

All equipment will be collected at the end of the event or the following day as agreed between the two parries before the equipment is supplied, this will be set out in the contact booking form, usually no more than the following day, the hirer is responsible for ensure that Nosila Facepainting & Events Services is able to gain access to the venue to recover the equipment ,if access not be granted , the hirer will be subject to an addition charge.

Until the equipment is collected by Nosila Facepainting & Events Services, the hirer will be fully responsible for it, should any equipment be lost or damaged the hirer may lose all or part of their deposit and may also face a further charge dependent upon the amount of loss or damage.

If the equipment and decorations are being returned by the hirer, they must be returned to the address provided hire contract.

All equipment is for indoor use only, unless agreed in writing by Nosila Facepainting & Events Services.
None of the equipment can be moved by the hirer whilst the event is still in progress, if it is moved, then Nosila Facepainting & Events Services will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused as a result of it being moved by the hirer.
The hirer must ensure that all those persons who are using the equipment are properly supervised or monitored.
All Clients are recommended to take out their own insurance. All Clients are responsible for the hire of equipment and the welfare of their clients and guests.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform  Nosila Facepainting & Events Services of any restrictions at the venue for example small doors, high steps, no lift access, failure to do so may result in the equipment not being installed. If Command Hooks are used for freestyle garlands please ensure you take permission from the venue or if the set up is in your home ensure your wall is suitable. No liability will be accepted by me if any damage should occur. Please allow 1-2 hours for set-up of our displays , depends what kind of decoration is booked .

All bookings are only confirmed once all the correct booking information has been completed and the deposit is paid .A security deposit is required for any damages .This will be refundable on same day if all equipment is retuned intact. Delivery, set up and removal will be included in all quotes

Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer.
